We are NOT a traditional group training gym. We believe in smaller group classes to enable a higher quality of coaching. Our group training sessions are designed to improve your strength, mobility, balance, coordination and cardiovascular health to maximize your life outside of the gym. We believe that being part of a strong community can help make the gym experience something you look forward to, rather than dread.

If you are new to Connect, you can expect an in-depth movement assessment to identify any aches, pains or limitations. Your assessment results will be uploaded on our training app; teambuildr. Which will help our coaches give you appropriate exercises, no matter where your starting point is. On your first day of training, you’ll meet your coach, training group and get a great workout in. We will show you how to use our app, so you see your progress, any time.

punch cards

We offer a digital punch card system where participants use pre-purchased sessions with expiry dates. This change aims to reward clients with high attendance rates and promote accountability to training sessions. Sessions are booked out 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure you use all the sessions on your pre-purchased punch card. The punch card can be paid for in 1 or 2 payments, and clients can train 2 or 3 times per week during designated morning or evening time slots.

8 sessions at $60/session ($480 + tax) - Expire in 45 days

12 sessions at $55/session ($660 + tax) - Expire in 60 days

16 sessions at $48/session ($768 + tax) - Expire in 75 days

24 sessions at $45/session ($1080 + tax) - Expire in 115 days

Do you take drop ins?

All sessions are appointment based, ask us about the option to bring a friend for one workout.

If I miss a session, can I make it up?
Yes, we will have a daily open gym period for you to make up missed sessions, and still be led through the training app.
Do I need any previous gym experience to join?
Whether you are experienced or not, we are able to meet you where you are at and make a complete program for you
If I have an injury, can I still work out?
Yes, if you have an injury one of our experienced clinicians will assess you and communicate your needs to your coach so you can continue to train. If the injury is severe enough, we can transition you into one-on-one training or therapy.
Can I pick and choose when I workout?
When you sign up for a given training block (day and time), you are expected to stay in that group and time slot, exceptions will be made for long term changes in your personal schedule.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Each membership option has a minimum commitment, after that initial period, you can cancel your membership, an exit meeting with management is required.
