What is the TPI movement screen?

The TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) screen involves a TPI-certified instructor putting a golfer through an assessment process that tests the functional patterns of the foot, ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, thoracic spine, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

Once the golfer is made aware of their problem areas, the goal becomes improving those faults by incorporating corrective exercises or in-person gym training. If a player is limited by what their body can do, they have two options:

  • Build a swing that works around their limitations, or
  • Work with a fitness or medical professional to improve their limitations.

Our TPI medical and fitness assessments help improve golfers' physical limitations.

Please note: we don't offer golf lessons at our facility — we only offer medical and fitness assessments to help improve golfers' physical limitations.
