Your first visit

Your first training session gives us a clear starting point to build a program around you, your goals and how you move.

  1. 1A movement and strength assessment to establish your starting point
  2. 2A coached training session focused on technique, strength and movement
  3. 3A personalized plan with clear goals and a progressive approach moving forward

60 minutes · Personal training packages available

Included bonus: a post-visit home exercise checklist, so you know exactly what to do between appointments.

What we can help with

  • Plateaued progress or workouts that cause pain
  • Returning to fitness after injury or time away
  • Sport-specific goals — golf, running, team sports

Training at Connect happens in a private, appointment-only studio — no open gym, no guesswork. Certified coaches build progressive programs around your assessment, and work alongside our clinicians when you're coming back from injury.
