Lindsay is a born and raised Calgarian who holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Calgary and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling and Advanced Functional Needling, with additional training in Anatomical Acupuncture and Clinical Pilates. As a former competitive gymnast, Lindsay is passionate about preventative healthcare and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. Her goal is to provide clients with the knowledge and tools to manage their injuries and work toward a pain free, functional, and healthy lifestyle. Lindsay has been a member of the medical staff (IST) with Gymnastics Canada for the past seven years. She has also supported gymnasts at the provincial level through the Alberta Gymnastics Federation, as well as working with local gymnastics clubs throughout Calgary. Her practice combines client education, manual therapy, dry needling, neurofunctional/electroacupuncture, Clinical Pilates and individualized exercise prescription. Lindsay is committed to evidence informed care and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
