Sarah Goodwin

Before graduating from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2012 with 2,200 hours of training, Sarah earned a diploma in Esthetics from Marvel College. Through her education and experience, she discovered a passion for holistic and natural approaches to healing. Sarah combines a calm, nurturing touch with deep-tissue and therapeutic techniques. She takes the time to understand each client’s needs and create a treatment tailored specifically to them. Her compassionate and empathetic nature helps clients feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout their treatment. Sarah particularly enjoys working with pre and postnatal clients, as well as youth athletes. As a hockey mom herself, she understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of helping young athletes feel and perform their best. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, chasing after their two kids, baking, crafting, and getting together with friends.
