Trainer

Special interests:

Bianca Santucci

Bianca was born and raised in Coquitlam, and has been immersed in sport since childhood, starting soccer at age 5 and picking up a lacrosse stick at 8, where she found the sport that would shape her path. That early love led to a lacrosse scholarship at Long Island University, where she competed for five years at the Division 1 level, and to the international stage as a member of Team Italy. Bianca knows firsthand what it takes to chase and achieve high-level goals, both in the gym and in competition. Alongside her athletic career, Bianca pursued her education with the same intensity, earning a Bachelor's in Sport Science and now completing her Master's in Exercise Physiology. That academic foundation has given her a deep understanding of the fitness industry and the biomechanics behind human movement, health, and performance. Coaching has been a constant throughout Bianca's journey. What began as an early interest in high school grew into a coaching career built on developing young athletes, many of them chasing the same dream she once had, of playing lacrosse at the collegiate level. Along the way, she has coached with Team BC and served as Director of Female Development with the Coquitlam Adanacs. Now joining the team at Connect Performance, Bianca is excited to keep growing alongside her teammates and clients. She thrives on helping people push past their limits and reach their goals, and believes there's no better feeling than watching a client accomplish something they set out to achieve. As a coach, Bianca is ready to challenge her clients to step outside their comfort zones and conquer both their short and long-term goals.
