Meet Jensen Warnock
Trainer
Special interests: Helping adults build muscle, increase strength, and develop long-term confidence in the gym.

Jensen has been immersed in health and fitness from a young age. What started as training for his favourite sports—motocross, hockey, and snowboarding—quickly turned into a lifelong passion for understanding human performance. After experiencing several significant injuries, Jensen turned to strength training not only to rebuild his body but to regain confidence, purpose, and control over his health. That personal experience continues to shape his approach with every client he works with today. A graduate of Mount Royal University’s Bachelor of Health and Physical Education program, Jensen blends his academic foundation in exercise science with his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential to deliver evidence-based, results-driven training. He focuses on helping clients recover from injuries, improve movement quality, and build the kind of strength that supports both performance and everyday life. Jensen believes in making training an empowering experience—one that develops not just the body, but also the mindset needed to sustain long-term progress. His goal is to help every client leave the gym feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident than when they walked in.
